Just had some cute pictures of Jace and the kids loving Jace, sometimes too much! :)

Better late than never!

I thought I would post a few pictures from the fourth of July, since I never did. I just have not been looking forward to sitting at my computer for long periods of time, but I finally just did it! The fourth was pretty miserable being 9 months pregnant, but it was still enjoyable. We woke up early and had breakfast in Kasville and watched the parade with my family. That night we went back to Kasville to watch the fireworks with Dereks family. The kids absolutely love fireworks, just like me. They just couldn't get enough, the sparklers were a big hit too, thanks to Dereks brother Nate for bringing them and putting up with them insisting on "more."

Cookies, sprinklers and popsicles

The kids have been going stir crazy cooped up in the house since we've been home from the hospital, and since I can't do much we decided to run through the sprinklers to get their energy out. It took a while for them to warm up to it, they were a little afraid at first but Kaden loved it once he did it a couple times with Derek, Chloe still needed to hold hands with someone, but laughed so hard when she got to the water. After all the fun they got to enjoy their favorite treat, popsicles!! It was so much fun to watch, it made me remember all the times I did it when I was a kid. I loved laying on the hot cement to get warm.

Another activity we tried to occupy them with was decorating cookies. With one of the dinners my neighbors dropped off they gave us a little kit. They loved it, their favorite part was eating the icing.

Happy Happy Birthday!!

I just wanted to say Happy Birthday to my big sis, Jeni! She is a great person and a great MOM! She is so talented at so many things and everyone she meets loves her! :) She has so much energy and I wish I could have some, I just don't know how she does everything that she does in a day!! Thanks Jen for all your support and help and your great example, love you!!

Our Cute Little Family!

I went in Wednesday morning and had my baby an hour later, it was wonderful. Very painful, but wonderful. Everything went great, we are both doing well. It is so unreal to think that I have three kids!! Chloe loves Jace so much and never wants to let him go. He is "her baby" it was cute when she was at the hospital, the nurse had to take him to the nursery to do some tests, and Chloe looked at me very worried and said "Mommy, where is my baby going?" She will be a great little helper. Kaden really loves him now too, it took him a while to warm up to him though. The first day he didn't want anything to do with him, like he thought if I ignore him maybe he will go away. But finally the second time around he was excited to see him hold him, and when asked what he thought of him he said "I just love him!" He even held him and laughed and kissed him over and over, so I think things will be good.
